Today, I came across a very good article about breathing and I have to pass it on!
Do you remember my last article referring to the possible causes of illness and how easy it is to change it all around by just breathing and so on? Well, this article is a good addition to it!
People who are practising yoga are already very much aware of the importance of the breath. Everybody has, in their lives, experienced that when they go through stressful times, they “stop breathing” which, of course, isn’t exactly true, but we breathe less and therefore deprive our body of a very (vital) precious source of salvation and well-being.
No matter what situation you are in, remember that by breathing consciously, you will help yourself on both mental and physical levels.
